「脳力パズル」（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人の開発者（以下「運営者」）が提供するパズルゲームです。本アプリでの情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおりお知らせします。
1. 取得しない情報
本アプリは、アカウントの登録やログインを必要としません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、位置情報、連絡先、写真、マイクやカメラの情報など、個人を直接特定できる情報は、取得しません。
2. 端末の中だけに保存する情報
遊んだ記録（クリアしたステージ、★、最短タイム、称号、ヒントの残り、途中の盤面）と、設定（言語、音のオン・オフ、背景の色など）は、お使いの端末の中にだけ保存します。運営者のサーバーには送信しません（本アプリは、運営者のサーバーを持ちません）。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。
3. 外部のサービスへ送信される情報（外部送信）
本アプリは、広告の表示と、アプリの改善のために、Google LLC などが提供する次のサービスを利用します。これらのサービスに、次の情報が送信されることがあります。

4. 同意と、選択できること
- EU・英国など、同意が必要な地域では、アプリの起動時に、広告と分析に関する同意の画面を表示します。同意が得られるまで、広告と分析のための情報は、送信しません。
- 同意の設定は、アプリの「設定」の「広告とプライバシー」から、いつでも変更できます。
- iOS では、広告識別子の利用について、追跡の許可の確認を表示します。許可しなくても、すべての機能をお使いいただけます。
- 端末の設定で、広告識別子のリセットや、パーソナライズ広告の制限ができます（iOS: 設定 → プライバシーとセキュリティ → トラッキング／Android: 設定 → Google → 広告）。
5. 第三者への提供
運営者は、取得した情報を、法令に基づく場合を除き、上記の外部のサービス以外の第三者に提供しません。
6. 子どもについて
本アプリは、13 歳未満の子どもを対象にしていません。
7. 本アプリについての注意
本アプリは、娯楽のためのパズルゲームです。医療・診断・治療を目的とするものではなく、脳の機能や認知能力の向上、病気の予防などの効果を保証するものではありません。
8. ポリシーの変更
このポリシーは、必要に応じて変更することがあります。変更した場合は、このページに掲載し、制定日（改定日）を更新します。

Brain Spark Puzzles (the "App") is a puzzle game provided by an individual developer (the "Developer"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.
1. Information we do not collect
The App does not require an account or sign-in. The App does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, location, contacts, photos, or camera and microphone data.
2. Information stored only on your device
Your play records (cleared stages, stars, best times, titles, remaining hints, and in-progress boards) and settings (language, sound, background color, and so on) are stored only on your device. They are not sent to any server of the Developer (the App has no server). Deleting the App deletes this information.
3. Information sent to external services
To show ads and to improve the App, the App uses the following services provided by Google LLC. The following information may be sent to them.

4. Consent and your choices
- In regions where consent is required (such as the EU and the UK), the App shows a consent screen about ads and analytics when it starts. Until you give consent, no information for ads or analytics is sent.
- You can change your consent at any time from "Ads and privacy" in the App's Settings.
- On iOS, the App asks for your permission to track (use the advertising identifier). You can use every feature even if you do not allow it.
- You can reset your advertising identifier or limit personalized ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
5. Sharing with third parties
The Developer does not provide the collected information to any third party other than the external services listed above, except as required by law.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.
7. Notice about the App
The App is a puzzle game for entertainment. It is not intended for medical use, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not guarantee any improvement in brain function or cognitive ability, or the prevention of any disease.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page together with an updated date.
